ya needs to be charged..it works like half 50percent..heat defroster work mint...the main thing it needs is the roller for the driver window to make it go up and down...i just manually do it..crank windows it was gonna be a small block swap street truck..the interior is all there besides the headliner and door panels..i have the panels somewhere at my shop..and it has a tiny patch in the floor..but wudda you expect from an 87 truck on the shore..it runs likea champ 28mpgs cant argue with that
