its probably the replacement ford put out, composite plastic with a aluminum front runner becase the full composites had a tendency to crack, its worth about 100-125, thats the going price for one on any mustang site really
i think its good to like 01 or something like that

should be good for any 4.6 i would imagine, and just make an offer, its waisting space.

those style intakes are only good for the 96-98 era mustangs different heads on the 99-04
